- Under no circumstances shall MrRPMCycle.com or any other party involved with MrRPMCycle.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from product purchased from MrRPMCycle.com. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees made by any third party due to or arising out of products purchased from and or utilized from MrRPMCycle.com.
- All product names and logos contained on this web site may be trademarks or service marks of other persons and/or companies and are solely intended to promote that respective person’s and/or companies’ products or services.
- Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and are subjected to a 30% restocking fee after parts have been verified new and unopened. Must have original proof of purchase.
- Core charge rebate good for 30 days after purchase date. No core charge rebate until cores have been inspected.
- No warranties given on any race engine or products.
