All kits are machined and assembled in house. Our professional technicians are trained to do the job right the first time. We hold ourselves to very strict tolerances and unmatched quality. All our borings are done in house using a torque plate for the highest quality machining. All MrRPM motor kits go through extensive dyno testing and long term durability testing. We stand behind our quality and unmatched performance. We CAN take your Can-am ATV or Commander to the next level.

 


MrRPM cycle is proud to introduce the newest and biggest, bolt-on, ATV big bore kit on the block, the 975. We have integrated the sleeve into the cylinder deck, for added support of this very large bore size. Our CNC’d custom liners guaranty a perfect fit and the strongest assembly possible. No welding is done to the cylinders to brace the liners, and larger water jackets are also CNC milled into the cylinders for max cooling. Like all of our other kits, these kits are torque plate honed, and are designed for those that want the very best in quality and greatest horse power gain, along with the longest life.
   100% bolt-on kit requiring no additional machining. This kit can be installed with the motor still in the frame and uses your stock heads. Head work and cams are available. This kit is a perfect option for top end rebuilds or a low cost performance upgrade. Our 975cc kits can be installed on Can-am ATV 650cc or 800cc Outlanders and Renegades. Fuel/Air tuning is required after kit install.
