Our ATV 1004cc kit is designed for pure performance.
This is not a direct bolt-on kit and requires extensive machine
work that needs to be done to the case to accept the new larger jugs.
The stock heads require welding to work at this bore size.
Bigger valves, cams, and full port-n-polish work on
the heads are highly recommended. This kit is designed for the
650cc and 800cc Rotax ATV engines but can be installed on the 500cc
Rotax engine using a 650cc/800cc crank. Our
1004cc big bore kits are unmatched in quality and performance. Fuel/Air tuning is
required after kit install. |

This kit can be installed with the motor still in the frame and
uses your stock heads. Head work and cams are available. This
kit is a perfect option for top end rebuilds or a low cost
performance upgrade. Our 975cc kits can be installed on Can-am
ATV 650cc or 800cc Outlanders and Renegades. Fuel/Air tuning is
required after kit install.
